We are seeking a highly motivated Assistant for our Sales Leader (m/f/d) to join our Sales CNEE team at ProGlove, a leading provider of wearable technology solutions. In this role, you will be closely collaborating with our Regional Director CNEE.  

Job Description

Your mission... 
As Assistant to Sales Leadership, you will closely work with our Sales CNEE Team  and you will report directly to our Regional Sales Director. We’re dedicated to find someone who is passionate about taking over responsibility within our Sales department and interested in acting as a liaison between the different internal stakeholders. Your day-to-day will also consist of mainly these topics:  

  • Closely collaborate with the Sales Director CNEE to ensure the regional sales strategy is implemented 
  • Be responsible for your own projects within our sales planning & driving revenue: 
    • Market research and derivation of go-to-market approaches  
    • Support key account planning
    • Analyze data and closely work with Sales Enablement derive the right actions+ 
  • Plan regular Leadership and Team Meetings and keep track of action items 
  • Act as an interface towards different departments / internal stakeholders (product, finance, data analytics, marketing, …) within ProGlove

As our ideal candidate for this role, you come with the following skills and competencies:  

  • You are enrolled in a business degree with an interest in technical topics or similar (i.e. business administration, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, etc.) 
  • You preferably have start-up background or similar growth experience 
  • Your work in analytical and conceptual ways, using your problem-solving skills on a daily basis 
  • You show strong organizational skills 
  • If you have consulting or sales experience through previous internships or working student positions, this would be a plus 
  • You are business fluent in English, German is a plus
