Job Description

As a Sr Mgr, Technology Transformation, you will have a vital role in gathering requirements, designing, and implementing customer data conversion processes for HR data conversion across all 22 countries. You will collaborate with 3rd party vendors, business partners, project managers, and all stakeholders to build and leverage tools, templates, and develop processes that guarantee seamless, high-quality, and efficient data conversion activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business data owners to ensure the quality of business data, taking ownership and accountability.
  • Work closely with the functional team to fully understand the data conversion requirements and design conversion procedures and applications.
  • Participate in data construction, data extraction, and manual conversions following global templates.
  • Ensure master data identification, quality, and cleansing on legacy systems align with project timelines and HCM data standards.
  • Adhere to data protection guidelines for sensitive personal data as per McDonald's Data Governance standards.
  • Offer guidance and support to business SME's in validation and cleansing processes.

The salary range for the role is $146,350.00 - $186,590.00 per year.

Qualifications
  • 7+ years of previous experience using SuccessFactors (Employee Central).
  • Ability to develop or revise conversion designs as new data requirements arise.
  • Strong capability to convert data and apply related techniques to support testing, training, and other project activities.
  • Skill in reviewing project outputs for overall quality, alignment to established project standards, and completeness.
  • Proficiency in documenting and communicating progress against plans, while taking corrective action when vital.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify, clarify, and resolve issues and risks, seeking appropriate support when necessary.
