Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in technical support, software development or professional services, Strong problem-solving skills and working knowledge of web application components, scripting languages, Object Oriented code, Relational Databases, and ITSM principles, Experience with memory management, Cloud/SaaS software, and debugging Object Oriented code is a plus.
Key responsabilities:
- Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to identify performance issues in ServiceNow deployments
- Analyze instances in depth and optimize JVM throughput, database queries, and troubleshoot defects
- Create knowledge articles, tools, deliver presentations, and mentor colleagues for continuous improvement
