Develop and direct strategic business initiatives within the PHCO portfolio related to digital health strategies, accelerate existing programs by use of technology solutions, and bring innovation to programs and processes to improve workflow efficiency or effectiveness, improve member outcomes, enhance provider or user experience.
- Develop and lead long term product development and enhancement initiatives that cross and/or integrate products.
- Assist with prioritization of digital solutions that align with PHCO business strategies or solve business problems. Support development of business case and ROI development
- Ensure subject matter expertise is infused into all product development to ensure compliant business processes are being followed during the product development process while considering consumer experience, sound software engineering process, clinical expertise, and behavior change science insights
- Identify and support the integration of duplicative products/interventions across all business units and strategically targeting areas where standardization and efficiency are achieved as applicable
- Ensure consistent and seamless integration of adaptive technology and expert team-based services across all product portfolios to ensure optimal behavior change outcomes.
- Ensure product department has full knowledge of and access to PHCO resources in terms of both consumer-facing technology assets and expert team resources,
- Support PHCO all business units with product customization in consultation with all product stakeholders
- Support in the financial analysis of product performance while ensuring product management/enhancement and new product development strategic plans and ongoing product assessments have documented value propositions and financial performance parameters
Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience. 7+ years of product development/management or related experience. Experience with product planning, development, execution, and product financials. Experience across different market segments and product types.
Clinical Informatics experience preferred
Pay Range: $142,300.00 - $263,500.00 per year
