JOB SUMMARY:
The Healthcare Recruiter, International is responsible for selecting, interviewing, and identifying international applicants for healthcare positions and facilitating the flow of selected candidates through the international recruitment process.

Position can be based anywhere in the US, but must be willing and able to travel to Nashville for trainings and meetings, as required.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Conduct video interviews of screened candidates who meet Epic International Staffing’s (EIS) recruitment criteria. 

  • Identify candidate’s critical success factors by utilizing interview questionnaire and effective interview skills including behavioral and situational questions. 

  • Modify and update interview questionnaire and interview methodology.  

  • Ensure that all new international candidate requirements are complete prior to the contract offer.  

  • Follow through with process prior to and after candidate accepts contract offer. 

  • Provide accurate and timely reports for the recruitment team based on identified stages. 

  • Participates in job fairs as part of the recruitment efforts. 

  • Occasional international travel for recruitment efforts. 

  • Prepare candidates for placement interviews at US Client Facilities. 

  • Assist with various social media recruitment projects and strategies.  

  • Contribute to various department and inter departmental initiatives, as assigned.  

  • Recommend enhanced recruitment strategies, and other new approaches and ideas to affect continual improvement and efficiency of department and services provided.  

  • Identify and develop processes and systems to improve outcomes of the recruitment program and other activities.  

  • Perform other related duties as requested. 

 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Three years of clinical experience, including ICU or ER experience. 

  • Bachelor of Science in nursing. 

  • Current RN license. 

Preferred: 

  • Prior recruitment experience, including working with an applicant tracking system. 

  • Experience working with international healthcare workers. 

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: 

  • Ability to work with people from diverse racial, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds. 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.  

  • Ability to work under pressure in a team-based approach. 

  • Knowledge of project management and process improvement. 

 

Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000
