Job Description

Change Manager

12 Month FTC

Remote in the UK

Tailored salary, car allowance, bonus & benefits

As a Change Manager, your passion for change and improvement drives you to see the tangible results of your hard work translate into company-wide success. Your primary goal is to deliver a robust change management strategy and plan for the critically important HR Transformation Programme and to ensure its effective execution. By leveraging Brambles (CHEP) change management methodologies, frameworks, and tools, you will influence, prepare, and support individuals and teams in navigating, adopting, and embracing the necessary changes and behaviours. While CHEP may be known for its pallets, it is, in reality, the invisible backbone of the global supply chain. CHEP’s innovations help the world to become more economically and environmentally sustainable, showcasing its broader impact beyond mere logistics.

In this context, the role of a Change Manager is crucial to CHEP's success. Your efforts are recognised and valued as instrumental in shaping the company's change initiatives on a global scale. As CHEP continues its growth journey, your role ensures that we evolve and maintain our position as a top global player. Your contributions are vital to sustaining CHEP's momentum, and your influence drives the continuous improvement that is central to our mission of achieving economic and environmental sustainability.
