Your primary goal is to deliver a robust change management strategy and plan for the critically important HR Transformation Programme and to ensure its effective execution. By leveraging Brambles (CHEP) change management methodologies, frameworks, and tools, you will influence, prepare, and support individuals and teams in navigating, adopting, and embracing the necessary changes and behaviours. Do you offer...?

At least 3 years experience working at the heart of change management in a project or programme environment

At least 3 years of change communications experience

End-to-end experience of designing and delivering change and embedding into business as usual

End-to-end experience of supporting project management activities across large scale business change initiatives
