We are currently searching for a Application Management Lead:

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 application support for Java, J2EE, Spring Boot WebLogic, Open Shift Container, or Dot Net, SSIS, C#.
• Monitor production jobs and environments, including on-call rotation.
• Triage, assign, and resolve incidents.
• Support configurations, enhance existing programs, and integrate vendor solutions with existing systems.
• Document, test (unit and integration), implement, and provide ongoing application support.
• Conduct application monitoring and preventive maintenance.
• Generate weekly status and SLA reports.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex production application defects.
• Perform minor application upgrades and enhancements.
• Support infrastructure maintenance and validation.
• Conduct disaster recovery testing and validation.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Java/J2EE or Dot Net technologies.
• At least 2 years of experience in a support role.
• Working knowledge of databases (PL/SQL, query writing).
• Experience with GIT for source code management.
• Experience in operations and ticket resolution (incident management).

Desired 

• Proficiency in technical concepts, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Languages

• Advanced Oral English.
• Native Spanish.

Note:

• Remote work in Mexico for the first 3 months, then availability to relocate to the United States.
• The company will provide travel expenses and help with the work visa process.
