CPT-6724 Account Manager VA

Service: Business Support VA
Experience Level: Entry to Junior Level
Hours/Week: 20 hours
Shift Time Zone: PST
Shift Hours: between 10 AM to 7 PM
Shift Days: Tuesday to Saturday

Gender Preference: Female

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full project lifecycle from kickoff to completion
• Develop project plans, set deadlines, and ensure schedule/budget adherence
• Serve as the main point of contact for client communications
• Coordinate with internal teams for seamless execution
• Conduct regular client check-ins and provide status updates
  
• Prepare and send monthly reports summarizing metrics/deliverables
• Identify and resolve risks, issues, or blockers impacting projects
• Assist with lead follow-up, scheduling meetings, and sales support
• Manage leads to set demo appointments
• Run Zoom product demos to close deals
• Upsell current clients
• Quarterly Zoom calls with clients to review performance

Requirements:

• Prior experience in Account Manager or Project Manager role
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient with project management tools
• Ability to build rapport and nurture client relationships
• Self-motivated focus on exceeding client expectations
• A basic understanding of digital marketing concepts
• Cold calling experience
• Sales experience
• Fluent in English
