Senior React Developer

We are looking for a talented React Developer to join our team to code custom applications from scratch with minimal supervision.

Competencies:

• Desirable Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in React.js and proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Expertise in developing and implementing micro frontends/microsites.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSON data format.
• 3+ years of experience working with Windows Services, Web Services (RESTful).
• Good understanding of version control tools, like Git.
• Demonstrate understanding of product development processes.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Exhibit a collaborative mindset and values teamwork.
• Prior experience with large-scale projects is required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to architect scalable and reusable code.
• Strong conversational and written communication skills in English are mandatory, as you will be working directly with US-based clients. clients. 

Responsabilities:

• Lead the development of software with real users. 
• Adhere to agile development best practice. 
• Demonstrate a passion for learning and building cutting-edge applications. 
• Implement unit tests using test-driven development (TDD). 
• Implement and refactor using relevant design patterns. 
• Mentor other engineers. 
• Proactively learn and implement new best practices. 
• Manage expectations by communicating regularly. 
• Code review pull requests in a CI/CD environment. 
• Collaborate with the engineering team to suggest, design, and launch new features.
