JOB TITLE:  Professional-Software Engineer

JOB LOCATION: 208 S. Akard St., Dallas, TX 75202 (& various unanticipated locations throughout the US; may work from home)

DUTIES: AT&T Services, Inc., is seeking a Professional- Software Engineer in Dallas, TX (& various unanticipated locations throughout the US; may work from home) to develop intuitive user experiences designed to improve customer interactions and increase constituency engagement. Work on design and development of interfaces APIs and integrations from Salesforce to external systems. Debug and resolve technical issues and defects which may be reported as a result of faults in the production system. Implement technical solutions based on functional requirements and technical specifications. Apply iterative agile development process to rapidly create functional prototypes and release final product. Provide technical leadership for off-shore developer team members and deliver meaningful and constructive feedback during code review sessions. Utilize Salesforce.com: Email Studio, Journey Builder, Data Extension, Automation studio. Perform personalization, troubleshoot and support. Utilize HTML, XML, CSS, and AMP Script. Utilize testing and Microsoft SharePoint.

REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree in Electronic Engineering and Computer Engineering, or Computer Science and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in a related occupation utilizing Salesforce.com: Email Studio, Journey Builder, Data Extension, Automation studio; performing personalization, troubleshoot and support; utilizing HTML, XML, CSS, and AMP Script; and utilizing testing and Microsoft SharePoint.
