We are looking for research scientists to join us in our mission.
As a Member of Technical Staff (Research Scientist) you will:
Contribute to advancing our proprietary post-training and pre-training pipeline.
Perform game changing research to advance our models and products.
Innovate and develop new algorithms, architectures and methods.
Develop new capabilities for our models.
Develop new evaluation suites for advancing capabilities.
You may be a good fit if:
Experience with performing research at the world class level.
Independently execute on research agenda.
Strong engineering skills.
A good work ethic.
Good research taste & vibes.
Note that research is a gory endeavour and requires a lot of engineering pain most of the time. Role may be highly collaborative, and/or of a support nature sometimes. Independent research agenda that is aligned to our company's mission, is of course, encouraged.
As a RS, the goal of research is always to improve our products and models. This role is not academic in nature. It's about developing game changers.
