LOOKING FOR FILIPINO CANDIDATES

Position : Media Buyer

Work Hours (MNL) : Monday to Friday | 9:00AM to 5:00PM Manila Time

Holidays : PH Holidays

Pay Range : 1,000 - 1,500 USD /month (depending on interview assessment and client's approval) Please take note that pay will be given in USD

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create comprehensive advertising strategies to meet company goals.
  • Develop and implement bid caps and cost caps strategies on Meta.
  • Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and drive business growth.
  • Conduct AB testing to identify the most effective ad creatives and strategies.
  • Set up, manage, and optimize ad campaigns across Meta, Google, and Amazon.
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as necessary.
  • Ensure all campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Utilize advanced targeting techniques on Meta and Google.
  • Leverage Google Ads for effective search, display, and shopping campaigns.
  • Implement Amazon advertising strategies to drive product visibility and sales.
  • Apply knowledge of TikTok advertising to create engaging and effective campaigns.
  • Prepare detailed weekly reports based on KPIs and targets for Meta, Google, Amazon, Tiktok and any other channels we explore
  • Help identify target audiences and plan media campaigns.
  • Compare and negotiate rates, ad space, and airtime.
  • Optimize plans and budgets according to the best media mix.
  • Prepare schedules and adjust when needed.
  • Experiment with new platforms and channels.
  • Ensure ads are creative and displayed appropriately.
  • Monitor costs and return on investment (ROI).
  • Report to clients and build long-term relationships.

Requirements

  • At least 2 - 3+ proven years of experience as a Media Buyer for an ecommerce company.
  • BSc/BA in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
  • Familiarity with media-buying, planning, and research.
  • Interest in following advertising and media trends.
  • Working knowledge of media analytics software (e.g., comScore).
  • Experience with cost caps/bid caps on Meta
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Critical thinking skills.
