How you can make a difference
The Digital Transformation Delivery Manager will be pivotal in managing the integration of Telephony Technologies within our Salesforce ecosystem to enhance customer interactions. You will oversee the technical aspects of project delivery, ensuring alignment with our strategic vision and delivering a seamless customer experience.
What you’ll be doing
- Project Oversight: Lead the technical delivery of transformation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Dependency Management: Track and manage inter-project dependencies to guarantee efficient and uninterrupted project execution.
- Team Coordination: Work closely with IT, developers, and external vendors to ensure technical specifications are met and clearly communicated.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks early and devise effective mitigation strategies to maintain project integrity.
- Delivery Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators to assess project performance and identify opportunities for enhancement.
- Telephony Integration: Spearhead the integration of advanced telephony technologies within the Salesforce platform to elevate customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders across the business to gather insights and translate them into actionable project goals.
- Innovation Leadership: Drive innovation within the project scope, exploring new telephony solutions and Salesforce features to stay ahead of industry trends.
What you will need to be successful
- Proven experience in managing digital transformation projects with a focus on CRM and telephony technologies.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and telephony integration techniques.
- Proficient in project management methodologies with a track record of successful project delivery.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Strategic thinker with an analytical approach to problem-solving and risk management.

Salary Range:
$109500.00 To $150000.00 / year

The compensation range describes the typical minimum or maximum base pay range for this position. The actual compensation offer is determined based on job-related knowledge, education, skills, experience, and work location.
