We are looking for an experienced CPA who specializes in cost segregation to handle our diverse portfolio of clients. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of cost segregation studies, tax depreciation methods, and IRS regulations. This role requires excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cost segregation studies for various properties.
  • Analyze and classify building components to maximize tax benefits.
  • Prepare detailed cost segregation reports for clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to gather necessary information.
  • Ensure compliance with IRS regulations and guidelines.
  • Provide expert advice on tax depreciation and cost segregation strategies.

Requirements
