We are looking for an experienced CPA who specializes in cost segregation to handle our diverse portfolio of clients. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of cost segregation studies, tax depreciation methods, and IRS regulations. This role requires excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct cost segregation studies for various properties.
• Analyze and classify building components to maximize tax benefits.
• Prepare detailed cost segregation reports for clients.

Requirements

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in cost segregation.
• Strong knowledge of tax laws in the United states, IRS guidelines, and depreciation methods.
• Proficiency in using cost segregation software and tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

• Experience working with a variety of property types.
• Background in real estate or property management.
