Job Title: Amazon Launch Manager

Work Hours: M-F; 8:00 AM-4:00 PM PH Time. This is subject to change at a later date and may be shifted to a 10:00 AM-Noon PH Time start.

Salary: 1,000-1,600 USD per month

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop, deploy, and revise standard operating procedures for product launches.
• Coordinate with the design team for the finalization, review and approval of product label designs.
• Generate necessary barcodes and ensure correct and timely product set up on Amazon.
• Conduct thorough niche research to identify lucrative new market segments.
• Collaborate with the Amazon Account Manager in strategizing and implementing product listing strategies.
• Maintain high listing quality by checking and verifying all design outputs.
• Write effective product descriptions and other listing copy that adhere to Amazon's standards and appeal to our audience.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Amazon's backend processes and stay updated with its evolving landscape.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of proven experience with Amazon listing creation and management.
• Familiar with tools like ChatGPT, and typical Amazon tools like Helium 10 or something similar.
• Exceptional written English skills, with a focus on copywriting and proofreading.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Amazon's backend processes.
• Proven success in creating and implementing SOPs.
• Outstanding project management skills and an analytical mind.
• Ability to work independently and show initiative.
• Attention to detail, ensuring all outputs align with our brand and Amazon's standards.
