About the Role

We are seeking a Partner Marketing and Events Manager to join the VIVERSE marketing team. This is a dynamic, hands-on role where you will be the key driver in developing and nurturing strong relationships with our developers and partners. As the sole contributor in this area, you will take full ownership of creating and executing co-marketing strategies and managing impactful events that align with our strategic goals. Your responsibilities will include planning, organizing, and executing events to ensure maximum exposure and engagement within the developer and partner communities.

 

This is a fully remote role open to applicants based in the UK or Ireland.

Responsibilities:

Develop and Nurture Developer/Partner Ecosystem

  • Identify and maximise marketing opportunities with partners to enhance mutual growth.
  • Create co-marketing strategies and campaigns that benefit both the company and its partners, focusing on platforms such as VIVERSE and VIVEPORT.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers and partners to foster a collaborative ecosystem with compelling marketing activities.
  • Promote the use of VIVEPORT and VIVERSE as a platform for distributing partner-developed XR and spatial content, highlighting the benefits of VIVERSE ecosystem.

Event Management

  • Plan, organise, and execute events in collaboration with partners, including attending partner booths, joint events, and inviting partners to demo with the company.
  • Ensure events are aligned with strategic goals and drive engagement with the developer and partner communities.
  • In collaboration with relevant stakeholders, host and manage the end-to-end of virtual events where necessary, from regular product demonstration webinars to partner updates, and themed virtual events using the VIVERSE platform.
  • Manage event logistics, coordination, and follow-up activities to maximise impact and ROI.

Developer/Partner Communications

  • Own and execute the marketing for all Developer activities and solutions, including the marketing plan for promoting SDKs and APIs.
  • Manage communication with developers and partners, keeping them up-to-date with company developments, updates, and news.
  • Coordinate, write and distribute regular newsletters to developers & partners, share ad-hoc updates, and run briefings to ensure consistent and effective communication.
  • Track the health and contributions of each partner/developer, ranking their performance and providing strategic support to maximise mutual benefits and strengthen relationships.

Person Specification:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a STEM field.
  • Over five years working in the marketing department for a SaaS or technology solutions/services provider.
  • At least three of those years in a dedicated partner marketing or event management role.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events and campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, combined with high level of drive.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and developers.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess event and partnership performance and derive actionable insights.


Nice to have

  • Experience with SaaS technology, and a good understanding of the developer ecosystem.
  • Keen interest in spatial computing and XR solutions.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% if required.
