Job Description:
As the Product Manager for Brands & Catalog at Daydream, you will play a pivotal role in building the world’s best fashion catalog while making it easily accessible and useful to shoppers. In this role, you’ll succeed by continuously increasing the value brand partners receive from Daydream, super-linearly scaling our ability to ingest products, and building systems to refine that partner data. This role requires a product manager with a deep technical background, bias towards systems thinking, and a passion for amazing consumer experiences enabled by a quality mindset.
Responsibilities:
Deliver the world’s best fashion catalog: Collaborate with engineering to define and execute a strategy to ingest, transform, and serve disparate product data from thousands of brand partners on resilient platforms.
Synthesize product data to deliver new value to shoppers: Introduce synthesized fields and features derived from product data.
Deliver insights back to brands: Collaborate with Daydream’s partnerships team to establish an automated insights program that helps brand partners continually improve their businesses.
Manage attribution systems: Manage Daydream’s order attribution systems and drive improvements in our key revenue systems.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of product management experience in tech-related fields.
User-centricity at the core of everything you do as a product manager.
Proven track record in managing and launching successful data products, particularly in shopping, e-commerce, or fintech.
Experience defining and delivering ML-enabled features with an emphasis on continuous improvement of the underlying models.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision making.
Superior communication and leadership abilities, capable of motivating and guiding cross-functional teams.
Prior experience in a startup environment, demonstrating the ability to adapt quickly and contribute effectively in a fast-paced setting.
