About the role

We're looking for the newest member of our People Operations team: someone who's excited to help us scale our company and our culture as we grow.

There are lot of places where we could use your help, and we're open for this role to focus on whatever your strengths are. Some of the questions we'd love your help tackling include:

  • How can we strengthen our culture of continuous feedback?
  • How can we equip and empower our people managers with what they need to lead and support their team?
  • What could our first company-wide meet-up look like?
  • What operational support could our AMER team benefit from?

You'd likely start out with 2 or 3 of the above questions, and take on more as we grow your role and responsibilities over time. Your first 90 days might include:

  • Talking to Fluxonians across the company to understand where our greatest opportunities are
  • Iterating on our biannual career development & performance review process
  • Building new resources to support first-time people managers
  • Identify opportunities to act as a people partner to our AMER team 
  • …and any other ideas you want to experiment with :)

This is an individual contributor role that reports to our Global People Operations Lead. Our HQ is in San Francisco, but this position can be remote from anywhere in North America.

Qualifications

We’d love to hear from you if you:

  • Have at least 3 years of experience in People Operations or HR
  • Have experience taking ideas from 0 to 1, and can tell us about the impact of the work you've accomplished
  • Are passionate about problem-solving - No matter how big or small the task, you’re motivated to try out different ideas and find the right solution
  • Excel at thoughtful execution - You ask questions, do research, and take the time to build a strong foundation before diving into the tactical steps
  • Are experience oriented - You recognize that details are important, and prioritize the details that make the greatest impact on the experience of our team and our clients
What we offer

Our salary range for this role is $70,000-$90,000 and we consider your skills and experience and what similar roles pay at companies similar to us when determining your offer.
