Position : Quotations & Project Management Specialist

Working Hours : 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time

Salary Range : $900-$1500

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Quotations and coordination for lighting, lighting controls, and EVSE.

• Team-oriented personality who can work well with others in the organization.

• Proactive at executing daily tasks and achieving long-term goals.

• Follow up on quotes to aid the customer in clarifying any concerns, issues, or questions.

• Collaborate and strategize with management and sales in order to increase the

 probability of winning projects.

• Project management for lighting and switchgear orders.

Requirements

• Has 1-2 years of experience in the same role
• Highly preferred tools: Microsoft Excel, Smart Sheet, Click-up and any AI tool
• Background with Lighting
