LOOKING FOR FILIPINO CITIZENS BASED IN THE PHILIPPINES

Position: Executive Assistant
Work Hours: M-F 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM Manila time 
Pay Range: $1100 - $1500 monthly

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support the Chief Executive across a variety of domains.
  • Project Management
  • Calendar Management
  • Email Management
  • Special Tasks
  • Light Management Work
  • Reviewing Metrics
  • Customer Service
  • Research
  • Personal Tasks for CEO

Requirements

  • Tools: Canva, Google Workspace, Office 365, project management tools experience, Monday.com is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Seeking a generalist
  • Experience in Direct Marketing, E Commerce, Online Sales, Social Media is a plus.
  • 5-10 years of experience in the same role
  • Strong preference for an experienced candidate who knows how to develop the EA position as the client has never had an EA before. Seeking an experienced, reliable, problem solver, autonomous, proactive, and productive candidate
