QA Manager

As the QA Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define quality standards, develop test plans, and execute comprehensive testing strategies. Responsibilities

• Lead the overall QA strategy and ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the organization.
• Develop and implement test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Establish and maintain QA processes, including defect management, test automation, and performance testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and ensure accurate test coverage.
• Conduct thorough and systematic testing to identify and address any quality issues promptly.
• Monitor and report on QA metrics, including test coverage, defect trends, and test execution progress.
• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of QA analysts to ensure the development of their skills and ensure excellent performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a QA Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
