Overview

Travel Beyond Group is a dynamic and innovative company with ambitious growth plans. Joining a high-performing sales team, the Sales Manager is a key player in our growth strategy, driving new business growth and contributing to the innovative sales process.

Reporting directly to the Group Head, Sales & Marketing, this role is a pivotal part of our strategy with key responsibilities such as identifying and seizing new business opportunities across diverse channels. The Sales Manager is responsible for attaining individual annual sales targets and cultivating a robust pipeline of high-quality prospects.

Your Role & Impact

As our Sales Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our expansion strategy, responsible for:

  • Achieving Annual Sales Targets: Individually and as a team
  • Pipeline Development: Qualify a pipeline of prospects
  • Networking and Relationship Building
  • Utilising industry contacts and partnerships to expand the company's reach and influence.
  • Make proactive suggestions for enhancing networking strategies and identifying potential business partners.
  • CRM Management - Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and accounts in the CRM system.
  • Lead/Opportunity Qualification to ensure resource maximisation.
  • Leverage analytical skills to evaluate leads and prioritise them based on qualifying factors
  • Focus efforts on high-quality opportunities to optimise time and resources

Qualifications

  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment (3-5 years)
  • Development of new business in SME to mid-sized markets (corporate travel)
  • Knowledge of Technology Platforms
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • CRM Experience: Proficiency in using CRM systems for lead management and pipeline tracking.
  • Independent and Collaborative: Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.

Work Environment

TBG promotes a flexible working environment.  For a Sydney Based role, there is an expectation of 3 days in the office  for the purpose of face-to-face team engagement and training.
