Requirements


Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of media buyers to ensure they are meeting the right goals and KPIs
  • Oversee the management of paid search campaigns and other advertising efforts
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize campaign performance and drive results
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive and effective advertising strategies
  • Provide guidance and support to the team to help them achieve their targets
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices to stay ahead of the competition
  • Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on campaign performance
  • Analyze data and provide insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement

Qualifications:

  • Expertise in paid search and digital advertising
  • Proven experience in a leadership or management role
  • Strong understanding of Google advertising platforms and tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Full-time availability (30-40 hours per week)
  • Experience in the Google agency industry or similar is preferred
  • Ability to work in the GST time zone (Dubai based agency)
