Your missions

Emerhub Consulting (Thailand) is looking for a Social Media Intern to join our team in our Bangkok Thailand office. The Social Media Intern will create and manage all digital marketing campaigns and properties to promote the company and its products.  

The ideal candidate is a self-starter, loves a challenge, and has a passion for learning. To be successful, the Social Media Intern must have the ability to think strategically. This person must be able to analyze performance/data and evaluate it to determine the best course of action.

Responsibilities: 

  • Assist in managing and updating social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Create and curate engaging content for social media posts, including graphics, videos, and written content.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, news, and conversations relevant to our industry and brand.
  • Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and implement social media campaigns and initiatives.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance our social media presence.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Profound in English
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn) and their respective audiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and design.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Passion for staying updated on the latest social media trends and technologies.
Additional Qualifications (Preferred):
  • Experience with social media advertising and paid campaigns.
  • Graphic design and video editing skills.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing strategies.
  • Previous experience working in a multicultural or global team environment.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their features.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take initiative.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
