Job Summary

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ability to supervise a group of 2 or more individuals within the PCS CIP Advisory Services group, setting direction and driving across the team to meet goals.
  • Plan, develop, and support client NERC CIP compliance programs
  • Lead and participate in client NERC CIP regulatory mock audits and gap analysis projects
  • Lead NERC CIP compliance program audit support efforts, as requested by client
  • Monitor the NERC CIP Standards development process.
  • Advise internal teams and clients on emerging compliance and cyber security risks
  • Ability to travel 20% to support client(s) and/or organizational needs
  • Provide technical support on NERC CIP regulatory requirements
  • Lead discussions on complex NERC CIP regulatory situations
  • Develop, resource and manage schedules for long term projects, making scope and delivery tradeoffs as necessary. Review work products and progress to ensure success.
  • Facilitate meetings with external stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Resolve issues within and across teams.
  • Mentor less experienced team members on job specific roles, communication, and collaboration.
  • Drive team improvement initiatives and propose updates to division policies.

Required Qualification & Education

  • 1-2 years management experience
  • Proven documentation, presentation, and communication skills with working teams and senior level management, CEOs, boards of directors
  • University Degree (or equivalent) with 6-10 years domain experience
  • Masters/Graduate or equivalent work experience

  • Root cause analysis & process improvement. Big picture thinking that drives team to meet organizational goals and provides cross-functional improvements.
  • REQUIRED SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGEExpertise in MS Office MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Adobe PDF toolsets

Preferred Experience

  • Regulatory NERC CIP audit experience as an ERO NERC CIP auditor, consulting or internal CIP auditor, or subject matter expert supporting CIP regulatory audits
  • Experience with NERC CIP, NIST, and other relevant cyber security frameworks
  • Experience with NERC RSAWs and NERC CIP ERT
  • Experience in management of a small team
  • Successful delivery of small cross functional projects
  • Process improvement experience with Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt a bonus.
  • Experience in the green energy or utilities domain
  • Experience with a U.S. based company

Preferred Skills & Competencies

  • Current CISSP or CISA board certification
  • Working knowledge of IT/OT applications, operating systems, and data networking technologies
  • Training content creation and delivery
  • Coaching / leadership skills

The Pay Range For This Role Is

150,000 - 185,000 USD per year(Remote)
