Role Overview:

As a Recruitment Consultant at Zesty Work you will play a crucial role in sourcing and interviewing top talent to meet our clients' needs. This position offers a dynamic environment where you'll utilize your expertise in candidate sourcing, interviewing, and talent acquisition to ensure we provide the best talent to our clients without the need for business development. 

Fully remote WFH home roles are available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize various sourcing techniques, including boolean searching, cold calling, job boards, social media, and networking, to identify and attract top talent in the design and creative fields.
  • Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for specific roles.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
  • Collaborate closely with your team to understand the hiring needs and requirements, and provide tailored recruitment solutions to our clients.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and best practices in recruitment to continually improve sourcing and hiring strategies.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field, with a focus on sourcing and interviewing candidates in the design and build sectors preferred but not essential.
  • Strong knowledge of candidate sourcing techniques, including boolean searching, and experience using job boards, social media, and networking platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and build rapport.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for delivering exceptional results and exceeding client expectations.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software is preferred.
  • Knowledge of the design and creative industries and an understanding of relevant skills and qualifications is a plus.
