About The Opportunity

Our client, a Federal Crown Corporation, is seeking a Procurement Policy and Reporting Specialist to assist with an Open Data quality review and cleanup.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Conducting a review of reporting procedures/processes
  • File audit

About You

The successful candidate will have the following:

  • Must have a minimum of 5 years of procurement experience
  • A post-secondary education in Business, Finance, or a related field
  • Knowledge and interpretation of legislation, regulations and Treasury Board policies which impact procurement (Including such things as Access to Information, where proactive disclosure requirements derive from, the Policy on the Planning and Management of Investments and associated directives, guides, etc.)
  • Experience in the creation of procurement reporting and procurement policy frameworks
  • Experience with proactive publication of contracts, including Open Data reporting procedures and generating procurement reports for all federal government reporting requirements from SAP
  • Experience completing audit and quality assurance of procurement data and transactions as well as experience in the development of an audit and QA program for procurement data and transactions
  • Experience working as a procurement policy manager is an asset
  • Must have a valid security clearance at a minimum level of Enhanced Reliability
