Overview

EBlock is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Outside Sales Representative to join our Houston team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business relationships, nurturing existing accounts, and promoting our suite of ancillary services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales acumen, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities

What you will do:

  • New Business Development:
  • Prospect and identify potential clients within the automotive industry.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new business.
  • Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed revenue goals.
  • Account Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Identify and address client needs, providing excellent customer service.
  • Cross-sell and upsell ancillary services to maximize revenue potential.
  • Regularly review client performance and identify areas for growth.
  • Sales Activities:
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and generate leads.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop effective sales campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM system.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and company products/services.
  • Ancillary Services Promotion:
  • Develop a deep understanding of EBlock's ancillary services offerings.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of these services to clients.
  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate ancillary services solutions.
  • Track and report sales performance of ancillary services.


Qualifications

What You Will Need:

    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
    • Experience: Proven track record of success in outside sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
    • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
    • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
    • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
