We're looking for a Learning & Development Coordinator This role is Remote

We are on the lookout for an organized and service-oriented Learning & Development (L&D) Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of Cornerstone’s learning initiatives. This is a key role that requires a detail-oriented mindset and a dedication to fostering an excellent learning environment for all employees.

As the L&D Coordinator, you will be responsible for the meticulous management of our learning calendar, ensuring that all course enrollments are handled efficiently and that our employees have access to the training they need. Your role will be critical in coordinating the logistics for various learning events and sessions, providing seamless support to ensure their success.

You will serve as the first point of contact for the learning team, proficiently managing the inbox, addressing queries, and channeling information as needed. In addition, your technical skills will come into play as you take on the role of hosting webinars, adeptly navigating digital platforms to facilitate interactive and engaging sessions for participants.

In this role you will...

  • Take ownership of the learning calendar, meticulously managing course schedules, enrollments, and cancellations.
  • Coordinating logistical aspects of events and learning sessions, including setup, materials preparation, and technology checks.
  • Serve as the primary contact for the L&D team, efficiently managing communications and answering inquiries.
  • Diligently record and maintain accurate attendance and completion records for all training activities.
  • Monitor and evaluate training programs' effectiveness, collecting feedback and data to inform continuous improvement.
  • Generate and utilize reports to create dashboards, providing visual insights into the impact of learning initiatives on the organization.

  • You’re analytical in nature, with the ability to distill data into meaningful information, crafting reports and dashboards that tell the story behind the numbers.
  • An eagerness to learn, paired with excellent organizational skills, enables you to thrive at work.
