The Opportunity
 
Hi, I’m Emery; Senior Manager Customer Solutions at Thrive Health. We’re looking for an Implementation Specialist to join our Customer Solutions team. The Implementation Specialist will work with clients, assisting with coordinating solution implementations as a technical advisor, completing feature / solution implementation testing, and fulfilling the role of QA in a high-performing team. As a universal communicator, they are able to understand client requirements and communicate them to the development team.
 
What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like:
  • Participate in the design and development of new features and products such as feature requests;
  • Collaborate with the rest of the team on the improvement of our implementation process to ensure we maximize client experience and streamline our process;
  • Complete solution features and overall implementation testing;
  • Debug issues with different implementations to ensure quicker resolution by developers;
  • Understand a customer’s organization and build positive professional relationships within it, especially with key stakeholders;
  • Represent the customer’s interests to the development team and ensure that customer priorities are considered;
  • Communicate client needs and feedback clearly to the senior manager of customer solutions that work can be triaged and completed effectively;
  • Provide support on use of the product to customers and end users, as required;
  • Observe and implement relevant internal controls, corporate policy, and procedures, including those around information security and confidentiality; 
 The Skills You Bring:
  • 3+ experience in a customer success or technical support function;
  • Computer Science degree or Coding Bootcamp graduate;
  • Experience developing in Typescript or Python;
  • Knowledge of the SDLC and experience with Git;
  • Ability to communicate with both clients and development teams;
  • Knowledge of customer service best practices;
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and use a variety of technical computer tools;
  • Highly motivated & productive with high EQ;

Salary Information: The base salary range for this role is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The base salary range for this role is $70,000 - $80,000/year.
