Marketing at TRACTIAN

The Marketing team tells the Tractian story, determines messaging and positioning, and translates our reimagined products and features into tangible customer benefits. Our marketers—across Brand, Video, Content, and Performance—are responsible for acquiring new customers and have a deep understanding of the business. We’re a highly cross-functional team and partner most closely with the Product, Sales, BD, and Design teams to help our prospects and customers grasp how we can help them reach their full potential.

What You'll Do

Your role will encompass everything from the implementation and integration of strategies, ensuring efficient collaboration between HubSpot and other tools, to the development and implementation of innovative strategies for lead acquisition, segmentation, and contact management. This involves automation for lead nurturing and optimization of customized workflows to ensure an effective customer journey throughout the sales funnel. Your responsibilities include monitoring and analyzing key metrics, utilizing HubSpot's advanced reporting tools to provide insights and guide informed decisions. Additionally, you will closely collaborate with the sales team, ensuring seamless integration between marketing, sales, and customer success.

Responsibilities

Develop custom reports to assess the performance of campaigns and activities.

Maintain and adjust reports as needed to meet analysis requirements.

Integrate third-party tools with HubSpot to maximize operational efficiency.

Provide internal training on the efficient use of HubSpot.

Align strategies for a unified approach to customer acquisition and conversion.

Develop a strategic approach to a personalized and efficient customer journey.

Develop and execute innovative strategies to acquire qualified leads.

Ensure data integrity.

Streamline and optimize operational workflows using HubSpot.

Execute and monitor established strategies, analyzing their effectiveness and identifying improvement opportunities

Create comprehensive documentation for new operational processes, providing clear guidelines and instructions for team members to follow.

Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration and communication, ensuring that operational processes and goals are aligned

Requirements

2+ years of prior experience in marketing or sales-related roles, familiarity with the dynamics and processes involved in activities.

Effective communication skills to interact with different teams.

Ability to articulate marketing and sales strategies clearly.

Ability to analyze relevant data and metrics in HubSpot.

Robust experience in using the HubSpot platform, with a focus on advanced configurations and optimization.

Proven competence in creating and optimizing automation flows for lead nurturing using HubSpot.

Ability to create and execute efficient processes within the HubSpot tool, optimizing workflows.
