Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or 2 years post-Secondary/ Associates Degree with 2 years’ experience, 6 years of telecom field experience, Experience with fiber optics, network equipment, power testing, and Microsoft Office.
Key responsabilities:
- Provide technical support, install, repair, configure, and maintain equipment at customer locations
- Work with NOCC, SAC, Helpdesk to resolve field issues, document tasks, maintain inventory and vehicle, lift up to 32 lbs, climb ladders, work outside regular hours
- Follow policies/procedures, obtain/maintain security clearances, possess valid Driver’s License and DOT
- Be proactive, prepared, and able to travel occasionally outside assigned area
- Collaborate with supervisor to ensure compliance with company and program policies
