Service description:

The project Absicherung von Netzübergängen, AvN for short, aims to design secure internal network transitions for use in the follow-up project and other scenarios and to put them into operation for the specific purpose of WLAN in hospitals.

Service package A: Concept creation and updating and PoC
1. The contractor analyzes existing specification documents, requirements, as well as solution and service descriptions and independently evaluates the extent to which these fit the overarching architecture big picture.
2. Using relevant templates, the contractor designs and models sub-architectures in the area of security gateways and adapts these in accordance with the feedback from the stakeholders involved. The contractor presents its progress and status transparently so that these can be incorporated into the overall project planning.
3. The Contractor shall independently make its work results transparent to the Client's service organization and compile the associated feedback. To this end, the Contractor coordinates deadlines, prepares workshops and updates the project planning.
(4) If change requests lead to new requirements, the Contractor shall record these, evaluate them and adapt the existing solution design.
5. The contractor develops a concept and plans the persistent integration of a security gateway into the standard integration and test environment with the aim of ensuring continuous testing of the security gateway functionalities in the context of demand-driven projects.

Service package B: Implementation of quality assurance measures
1. The contractor develops test and test cases for implementation in the integration environment and the pilot setup on the basis of the existing design.
2. The contractor develops a test plan and adapts it according to the feedback from the stakeholders involved.
3. The Contractor checks project-related concepts with regard to compliance with contractually agreed delivery obligations. As part of a proof-of-concept or pilot setup, the contractor takes over the updating of the project planning and schedule management.
4. The contractor analyzes existing specification documents, requirements, as well as solution and service descriptions and independently evaluates the extent to which these fit with the overarching architecture big picture.

Service package C: Realization in pilot setups
1. The contractor takes over the coordination / scheduling of the activities of the setups in the integration and pilot environments

2. The contractor carries out deadline management, coordinates the feedback from the stakeholders involved and ensures that the results are secured and documents are controlled.
3. The contractor updates the project planning.
4. The contractor ensures the quality of release-accompanying documents / concepts, identifies potential for improvement and controls the implementation of these.
