Legal Counsel and Intellectual Property Coordinator
(maternity cover until the end of 2025)
 

Location: Warsaw / hybrid working

Your Responsibilities:

• Providing legal advice within the organization, including our production plants
• Drafting legal documents (internal regulations, resolutions, etc.)
• Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, agreements, and legal documents of any nature especially in the area of data protection and copyright law
• Providing support to the business in the area of commercial contracts negotiations
• Representing the company in the court proceedings and before state authorities

Our key requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Law
• Legal Counsel Diploma
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a legal counsel role is a must
  (preferably in a corporate FMCG setting)
• Very good knowledge of civil law, commercial law, copyright law, data protection law, advertisement and media legislation
• Fluent Polish (both written and spoken)
• Fluent English (both written and spoken)
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Professional experience in the area of Consumer and Food Law would be an asset
