Summary:

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Adobe Experience Management Engineer to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in streamlining our product solutions and enhancing our Adobe Experience in our Commerce B2C environment. Your expertise will contribute to seamless implementation, efficient problem-solving, and instituting best practices.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform as an internal consultant, advocate, mentor, and change agent.
  • Understand and consistently apply current application development methodology attributes and processes.
  • Collaborate, define, and maintain effective and efficient development processes, including but not limited to coding standards, design philosophy, testing methodology, usage of design patterns, UI standards, development and coding tools and procedures.
  • Ensure new enhancement requests are groomed and all scenarios are called out and clarified before story is picked for development.
  • Develop optimal solutions keeping user needs, system performance, maintainability, and scalability in mind.
  • In-depth review of development done by peers and provide effective feedback.
  • Write scenario-based test classes to help automated testing of the code developed.
  • Provide timely assistance to production support team.
  • Participate in the estimation, scope, and completion of new development requests.
  • Assist with training of new users and grow the AEM skill set across the organization.
  • Ensure every development task is properly documented using design documents and flows diagrams.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify technology modifications that will impact business processes.
  • Prepare detailed flow charts, diagrams, and other architectural documentation outlining system capabilities and processes.
  • Drive efficiency, accuracy, and excellence in our product solutions and sales processes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Education: Four (4) year degree or equivalent experience.

Experience:

  • 4+ years in Adobe Managed Services (AMS) of Object-Oriented software development experience.
  • 4+ years Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) 6.x.
  • 3+ years Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Cloud as a Service.
  • 3+ years Javascript or Java.
  • 3+ years CI/CD and Migration Tools and Technologies.

Preferred Experience:

  • Strong knowledge of Akamai CDN solutions.
  • Knowledge of Commerce Cloud B2C.
  • Experience in HTML, CSS (Bootstrap), AJAX, or Maven.

Skills:

  • Excellent organizational skills and a positive attitude.
  • Experience with AEM version 6.x and higher, as well as AMS.
  • Strong knowledge of AEM architecture, technology stack, Content Migration Tools, and latest features.
  • Drive complex content migration projects, preferably from SDL to AEM.
  • Lead end-to-end migration of content, ensuring data integrity, quality, and timeliness.
  • Architect migration solutions using AEM best practices.
  • Document migration processes, mappings, and workflows for future maintenance.
  • Resolve migration issues such as data discrepancies or compatibility problems.
  • Provide technical guidance on coding standards and best practices.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Apache web servers, Dispatcher, CDN configurations, CI/CD tools, and Adobe Cloud Manager.
  • Expertise in mechanisms such as LDAP, SSO, and SAML.
  • Integrate third-party applications/software with Adobe AEM.
  • Demonstrate ability to follow defined processes, meet deadlines, handle, and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards.
  • Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Must demonstrate very good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must demonstrate ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to design and implement new processes.
  • A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements.
  • Demonstrate extensive knowledge of the principles, concepts, and theories in own discipline, with broad knowledge of principles and concepts of other functions.

Compensation and benefits statement:

The salary range for this role is $73,066-$146,131 and is based on experience and qualifications.

Certain roles are eligible for annual bonus and may include equity. These awards are allocated based on company and individual performance.

We offer employees access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits and paid time off among others. Employees accrue up to 120 hours in their first year. Your accrual rate increases after your first year. We also offer 6 paid holidays.
