    • Develop and implement paid social media marketing strategies for DTC Agency or similar industry clients
    • Create and manage paid social media campaigns across various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
    • Monitor and analyze the performance of paid social campaigns, making adjustments as needed to optimize results
    • Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging ad creatives and copy
    • Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in paid social media marketing
    • Provide regular reports on campaign performance and make recommendations for improvement

Qualifications:

    • Fluency in English
    • Proven experience in paid social media marketing, with a focus on e-commerce and lead generation
    • Ability to work 10-15 hours per week on a freelance basis
    • Availability to work in EST or CET time zones
    • Experience with remote work
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
    • Familiarity with tools such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other relevant platforms
    • Candidates from Eastern Europe, South Africa, or similar regions are preferred
