Location: Hybrid - Stafford (3 days in office, 2 days remote working)

The role

We’re looking for a proactive candidate to join our friendly, high functioning team. Within this role you will need to be a great communicator and be able to work well under pressure.

You will be responsible for delivering a range of campaigns and channels that support our marketing strategy as well as supporting and optimising campaigns delivered to our members on behalf of our retail clients.

- Help deliver, monitor and optimise multi-channel campaigns across email, social media, app and website to support client, team and channel strategic aims
- Write and proofread clear, concise, marketing copy for use in campaigns
- Use segmentation techniques to select the right audience for each campaign and channel
- Perform A/B testing to continually learn and improve
- Review performance data to optimise campaigns and support choices
- Support Marketing Operations Team Leader with day-to-day coordination of the team
- Identifying key opportunities to maximise engagement with our communications and campaigns that drive repeat visits/orders and increase customer retention.
- Work with internal stakeholders to set up and deliver marketing campaigns that benefit multiple functions
- Collaborate with User Experience, Business Insight, Operations and other teams to ensure we’re engaging and retaining our members effectively

- Passion for creativity and ability to provide opinions on strategic and creative thinking
- Attention to detail and copywriting skills
- Analytical skills, with the ability to unpick results and suggest improvements to strategies
