What You'll Do

• Develop user-friendly interfaces for websites, mobile apps, and other digital platforms that prioritize usability and accessibility. Ensure designs align with user needs and business goals, conducting user research and testing to validate design decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and stakeholders to brainstorm, prototype, and iterate on design solutions that elevate user experience and drive product adoption.
• Lead UI/UX design initiatives, managing project timelines, deliverables, and priorities effectively. Coordinate with team members to ensure alignment with project objectives and deadlines.
• Incorporate user feedback and usability testing results to iterate and refine designs, continuously improving the user journey and interface usability.
• Stay abreast of emerging design trends, technological advancements, and industry best practices to inform design decisions and enhance the user experience. Implement new techniques and interactions to create engaging and intuitive interfaces.

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a digital product or technology company, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in interaction design, information architecture, and usability principles.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
• Experience with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Solid understanding of user research methodologies, usability testing, and user-centered design principles.
• Detail-oriented approach with a focus on creating pixel-perfect designs and seamless user interactions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design rationale and decisions effectively to stakeholders.
• A proactive and collaborative mindset, eager to contribute innovative ideas and solutions to enhance the user experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
