Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST

Role Overview:

The Data Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of data collected and maintained by the company. The role requires a meticulous approach to data verification, analysis, and reporting, contributing to our commitment to excellence in client relations and support.

The ideal candidate is a meticulous and dedicated professional with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to data integrity. They will be responsible for daily review, correction, and validation of company data to ensure CRM compliance, database accuracy, and completeness. This role requires a proactive individual who can maintain high standards of quality and reliability in our database. Reporting directly to the Co-Founder, the candidate will play a crucial role in providing valuable insights through regular reports and maintaining the overall reliability of our data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Verification: Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data collected from various sources.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain data quality standards and processes.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
  • Reporting: Generate reports on data quality metrics and findings.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in data quality assurance, data analysis, or a related field
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with data management tools and software: Airtable, Google Sheets (expert with formulas + ChatGPT), or similar software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with specific data management tools or software: Zapier
  • Background in client relations or customer support.
