About The Role

As a Community Manager, you'll:

  • Foster vibrant communities across diverse social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, etc.) by crafting and scheduling engaging content.
  • Monitor daily social conversations to identify industry trends and potential opportunities.
  • Provide insightful community management analytics to inform brand strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with account, project management, and creative teams to align community efforts with brand initiatives.
  • Support brand customer service initiatives and assist with content creation and analytics.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions, client meetings, and team collaborations.
  • Stay updated on social media trends and industry developments to share with teams and clients.

Experience Requirements

You should have:

  • 1-2 years of community management experience (agency experience preferred).
  • Proficiency in major social media platforms and management tools like Sprinklr, Hootsuite, or Khoros.
  • Strong customer service skills with a knack for professional online communication.
  • A meticulous, organized approach and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
