Job Overview – eCommerce Billing Specialist:

Ready to bring your billing expertise to the next level? Our client is on the lookout for a dedicated and experienced eCommerce Billing Specialist to join their remote team! In this full-time role, you'll be the master of invoices, ensuring they're submitted and delivered accurately and on time into various web client portals.

Location: Remote Position

Compensation: $25/hour

Schedule: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities as the eCommerce Billing Specialist:

  • Web Invoicing Support and Data Entry: Provide global support for web invoicing activities and execute timely data entry of invoices.
  • Client Correspondence and Dispute Resolution: Resolve invoice pricing and purchase order issues through follow-up calls or correspondence and assist in resolving client invoice disputes.
  • Commercial Invoicing and Invoice Preparation: Assist with invoicing requests from the Global Invoice Distribution Team and prepare and email client invoices.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate departmental documentation and prepare various reports as requested.
  • Collaboration and Collections Support: Work with global finance staff to address invoices and queries and assist the Corporate Collections Department with invoice resubmission.
  • Process Improvement: Recommend techniques to enhance productivity, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications for the eCommerce Billing Specialist:

  • Education: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (G.E.D) or equivalent in a related discipline.
  • Experience: Minimum of 4 to 6 years of related experience (Contract research or pharmaceutical setting preferred).
  • Skills: Knowledge of SAP and web-based invoicing portals such as Ariba, Coupa, Tungsten, Chorus Pro, B2B Router, Taulia, etc., is preferred.
