Job Summary

The Sr. Manager, Associate Development will be responsible for developing and executing of a learning strategy for hourly associates in Radial’s distribution centers, including onboarding and orientation. The Sr. Manager will work closely with the Service Delivery functional training team and HR Business Partner team to develop learning programs that support career paths and individual learning access for all.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of learning programs and resources to support the employee onboarding & learning experience.
  • Develop a blended learning approach that incorporates learning needs in the Service Delivery environment.
  • In partnership with HR and Operations leadership, create a learning journey to increased roles & responsibilities enabling a career path at Radial.
  • Ensure alignment with business and technology to support the delivery of learning
  • Partner with Operations Training team to align learning efforts with functional training
  • Partner with Operations Site Leadership to utilize current implementation resources to ensure consistent experiences for associates across the network.
  • Partner with the Corporate Learning & Development and staffing agencies to evolve the current onboarding process to fit the needs of the fulfillment team.
  • Plan, create and organize training materials and classes.
  • Lead Training Designers for support in the creation of content and learning journeys

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of learning program design and/or facilitation
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems and e-learning design Skillful in team management and influential in driving performance results
  • Demonstrate “can-do” behaviors with the ability to flexibly adapt to a high-paced environment
  • Advanced decision-making skills, including the ability to manage the performance of others
  • Ability to work autonomously with strong organizational skills and self-accountability
  • Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Maintain productivity standards in a multitask environment
  • Able to travel when needed up to 25% per year.
  • Bachelor’s Degree is required; relative field or equivalent training/work experience will also be considered
  • Travel: This position can be remote in the US. Travel required 25%.
