This role will conduct quality reviews of the Return to Health clinical team, collecting and analyzing quality opportunities and root causes to ensure quality standards are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducts quality reviews of the Behavior Health Unit (BHU) and Vocational Health Unit (VHU) clinical reviews for the Return to Health organization.
  • Identifies trends, root causes, and quality gaps from the analysis of data.
  • Provides timely and meaningful feedback regarding performance and quality standards.
  • Collaborates with team to develop criteria and standards in which to measure quality behaviors and share best practices.
  • Assists in the research, analysis, and recommendation of key quality improvements.
  • Identifies and presents Objective and Key Results to operational partners.


Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:

Required:

  • BA/BS and 3-5 years relevant experience
  • Strong knowledge of psychiatric conditions, symptoms, and terminology
  • Advanced written/verbal communication skills
  • Relationship Building and ability to provide constructive feedback at all levels
  • Demonstrated critical thinking, attention to detail, analysis, and problem-solving skills
  • Microsoft Office, Power Point, and Excel knowledge


Preferred:

  • Behavior Health (LCMHC and/or CCTP licensed) and/or Vocational (CRC certified) experience .

The salary range for applicants for this position is 55,600 - 75,000.
