Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred, At least 10 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, Experience with NetSuite ERP system implementation and migration is required, Strong knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting standards, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical thinking, proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Key responsabilities:
- Manage accounting for acquired subsidiaries and transition to NetSuite system
- Oversee general ledger, AP, AR, financial reporting functions ensuring compliance
- Set up and maintain accounting processes, controls, and policies
- Lead intercompany accounting, financial consolidation, and monthly/annual statements preparation
- Develop a team, support senior management, coordinate audits, manage projects and initiatives
