Job Description

Enlyte is seeking a Senior Director of Accounting to join the corporate finance and accounting team. This individual will:


  • Manage the implementation of NetSuite ERP system and ensure a smooth transition from the legacy system
  • Lead and manage end-to-end accounting for acquired subsidiaries till the transition to NetSuite ERP system.
  • Oversee the general ledger and support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting functions and ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies
  • Set up and maintain accounting processes, controls, and policies and document them in standard operating procedures
  • Assist in purchase accounting related to M&A activities
  • Lead, set-up and maintain intercompany accounting for all subsidiaries
  • Lead and set-up automation on financial consolidation for multiple entities for prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Lead and develop a team of accounting professionals and provide coaching, feedback, and performance evaluation
  • Support the Assistant Controller and CFO and other senior management in strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis
  • Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and other stakeholders and provide timely and accurate information
  • Manage and execute accounting projects and initiatives, such as acquisitions, integrations, and system enhancements


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred
  • At least 10 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Experience with NetSuite ERP system implementation and migration is required
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting standards
  • Experience with consolidation, intercompany transactions, and multi-currency accounting
  • Experience with accounting for acquisitions, mergers, and integrations
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
