Your missions
This is a remote position.
Scope
Full-time: Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM EST (9PM to 6AM Manila Time) with 1 hour unpaid lunch break
Primarily focused on booking estate planning consultations
May assist with general administrative tasks as needed
Responsibilities
Follow up with leads from webinars and social media campaigns
Qualify prospects and book estate planning consultation appointments
Record prospect information and appointment details accurately
Communicate professionally with prospects over the phone
Requirements
Excellent verbal communication and phone skills
Ability to build rapport and handle objections
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Familiarity with CRM/scheduling software
