Responsibilities include:

• Define and communicate the product vision and strategy in alignment with the company's overall mission and goals.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that outlines key product features, enhancements, and timelines.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to prioritize product features and improvements based on customer feedback and market demand.
• Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, ensuring that customer needs and feedback are integrated into product development.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing product management team.
• Foster strong collaboration with other departments, including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success, to ensure alignment and effective execution of product initiatives.
• Work with the sales team with product knowledge and materials to drive customer acquisition and retention.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product initiatives.
  
  

Essential Skills:

• Proven experience (10+ years) in product management
• Strong understanding of the scientific or healthcare market
• Ability to build and lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
