Requirements
- Very good written and spoken Czech along with medium English skills;
- Knowledge of MS Excel and Office and usage of electronic mail systems;
- Ability to work well with Clients to maintain high level of customer satisfaction and -develop strong relationships;
- Ability to respond to customer needs quickly and thoroughly;
- Self-starter who can meet deadlines and enjoy working in multinational environment;
- Very good communication skills and superior listening skills.
- Communicate with Czech customers via phone, chat & e-mail;
- Track and follow cases to ensure they closed in an efficient and timely manner;
- Maintain high customer satisfaction, representing a major brand
- Work towards reaching the standard team deadline.
