Your missions

Currently, XPLUS is looking for a Customer Success Manager for Europe region to join the Sales Team. Through your tasks, you’ll have the opportunity to play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of the entire Sales Team’s operations. You’ll be responsible for developing relationships with existing clients and contributing significantly to achieving sales targets. Challenges await, along with collaboration with key Microsoft partners and participation in strategic company initiatives. We invite you to apply!


Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate relationships with existing clients by building strong and lasting connections, understanding their needs and expectations, and serving as their primary point of contact and advocate within our organization
  • Deliver value to clients through XPLUS products and services
  • Assist clients in fully utilizing the offered solutions
  • Actively achieve sales goals according to the sales plan
  • Plan and conduct product presentations and meetings to summarize ongoing collaboration
  • Engage in market research, share insights with global cross-functional teams, and maintain knowledge about the market, clients, and competiton
  • Be prepared to travel within the region and to the office in Poland


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years in B2B sales related to Microsoft Dynamics products/services or products/services compatible with Microsoft Dynamics
  • Effective communication skills, including the ability to deliver presentations to various stakeholders
  • Familiarity with B2B sales techniques
  • Goal-oriented mindset
  • Time management skills and strong organizational abilities
  • Attention to detail and precision in carrying out job duties
  • Knowledge of D365 or AX2012 systems
  • Understanding of financial processes and procedures applicable to the region
  • Strategic thinking in client collaboration
  • Proficiency in MS Office, D365, and/or AX2012
  • Fluent English (C1 level)
  • Fluent German (C1 level)


Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with CRM HubSpot
  • Knowledge of Microsoft solutions
  • Certifications in sales and B2B and/or Microsoft
