Scrum Master (Remote)

As a Scrum Master at C Teleport you will closely work with our development teams and Product Owners helping us with applying the Agile mindset and maintaining good release velocity.

You will support individuals and teams by continuously coaching them and participating in regular stand-up and other sessions. You will challenge and support Product Owners and Team Leads on practices such as effective backlog management, prioritisation, handling technical debt, etc.

• Please note, you must be maximum +2 hours from the Central European Time. For this position we do not consider candidates from Americas, Australia or Asia
  
  
  

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years experience as a dedicated Scrum Master
• Excellent English communication skills at a C1+ level.
• Demonstrated experience with a variety of practices like Scrum, Kanban, Lean, etc.
• Solid knowledge and ready to use Scrum of Scrum, Nexus, Less.
• Having a background in collaborating with remote teams and facilitating sessions aimed at improving team practices.
• Ability to configure Jira according to team needs.
• PSM 1 and ICAgile certificates are a plus.
  
  
  

What Will You Do

• Empowering teams to boost their performance by adopting Scrum practices.
• Facilitate Scrum Ceremonies and other meetings
• Promoting Agile at the company-wide level
• Perform JIRA administration and reporting
• Conduct 1-on-1 meetings with team members and stakeholders as needed.
