Your missions

Currently we are looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager for All Right to join the performance marketing team in a leading international online English language school for children. We are looking for a Senior-level specialist who has experience working on the marketing or product side in B2C companies in the EdTech segment.

All Right is an innovative online English language school for children that offers unique programs and learning approaches. We develop and improve children's speaking skills, providing them with high-quality learning and a positive experience.

About You

  • 2+ years of commercial Product Marketing Manager, Product Owner in B2C companies of the EdTech segment experience;
  • Experience in managing and planning projects for testing marketing hypotheses, setting and monitoring the execution of tasks. Management experience of designers, developers, analysts;
  • Understanding the user acquisition process through various marketing channels. Understanding of marketing and product metrics and practical experience in their optimization;
  • Hands-on experience with analytical data for hypothesis generation.

What Will You Do

  • Development and testing of hypotheses for various channels of user acquisition;
  • Management of the process of launching new products by the marketing team (project management, development of marketing materials necessary for the launch, interaction with the product, development, sales and analytics teams);
  • Increasing the conversion rate in existing marketing channels;
  • Optimization of the map of communications with users;
  • Conducting market researches of user acquisition channels and funnels;
  • Work with brand strategy and external communications.
